The stage is set for a titanic clash that shall surely have Nuffle Himself reaching for the popcorn. Clowns vs Squats set for 10am Saturday. Aaaawww yeeeaaaah!!!

and it was 4-3 game so intense it took 2hours but the clowns emerged victorious in extra time with many halflings taking a solid beating with 5 left on the field at the end. Amazing halfling catapults were the the treemen throwing them near perfectly or perfectly.

Talk about TENSE!!! Funnest (and funniest) game of my season to be sure - thanks, Jram.

Highlights for me are all about my wooden opponents:

- Treeman throwing the wrong halfling down-field (ie the guy standing NEXT to the guy holding the ball).
- Treeman throwing a halfling at my ball-carrying pogoer, and instead collecting the troll standing in front of him (gave him a shot at a one-dice block, so not a bad result).
- Seeing two Treemen on the ground at the same time (this in extra time, and the first time they'd gone down the whole game - goddamn tough bastards).

Can't wait for season 3.

Talk about ripped off.

The game didn't record the overtime touchdown my pogoer scored against his stats (which I suspected at the end of the game when the stats credited him with only 3 TDs). That's another skill-up, dammit!!

Ah well.
